San Antonio Proposal Photographer at The Pearl

Okay, this one is EXTRA special because I got to photograph one of my close friends getting engaged!!! 🥹💍

There is something so incredibly fun about getting to capture such a huge life moment for someone you actually know + love, and this proposal at The Pearl in San Antonio was one I will never forget.

A Surprise Proposal at The Pearl

If you’ve never been to The Pearl San Antonio, it is SUCH a good spot for a proposal. Between the historic architecture, gorgeous greenery, cobblestone walkways + all of the little details throughout the area, it has that effortlessly romantic San Antonio feel.

And for a San Antonio proposal photographer, there are SO many cute spots to sneak around + capture the moment without giving away the surprise. 😉

The best part? Watching all of the nerves + anticipation turn into that OMG, we’re actually engaged!!! excitement.

And of course… SHE SAID YES!!! 🥹💍

Celebrating Their Engagement at Hotel Emma

After the big question, we got to wander around Hotel Emma + The Pearl for some newly engaged portraits!

This is one of my favorite parts of photographing proposals. Once the surprise is over, you can finally breathe, celebrate + actually take in what just happened. Then we get to capture all of those happy, giggly, we’re engaged!!! moments while everything is still fresh.

Plus, Hotel Emma is basically a photographer’s dream. The architecture + unique little details make such a beautiful backdrop for couples photos.
